- Dispatching von IT‑Serviceaufträgen, Tickets und Incidents
- Proaktive Terminplanung und -koordination von Techniker‑Einsätzen
- Überprüfung der Vollständigkeit und Qualität von Serviceaufträgen
- Erstellung von Lieferscheinen
- Datenpflege und Dokumentation (z. B. im Sophos‑Portal)
- Erstellung und Weiterleitung von Service‑ und Incident‑Tickets
- Durchführung von ADN‑Lizenzbuchungen
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von SSL‑Zertifikaten (SSL, SwissSign etc.)
- Anlage und Pflege wiederkehrender Tickets (z. B. Wartungsverträge)
- Verwaltung der Poolfahrzeuge inkl. Schlüsselausgabe

Als Dispatcher:in koordinierst du IT‑Serviceeinsätze, steuerst Tickets im Service Management und bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT‑Technik, Kund:innen und internen Fachabteilungen. Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe, termingerechte Einsätze und hohe Servicequalität.
Was du mitbringst
Must have
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung als Dispatcher:in / Disponent:in
- Erfahrung mit IT‑Service‑Management‑Tools (z. B. Ticket‑ oder ERP‑Systeme)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Windows und Microsoft Office
- Ausgeprägte IT‑Affinität und Interesse an IT‑ und Digitalisierungsthemen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenmotivation und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
